Group Therapy Sessions are conducted daily with various themes for each group. Individual Counselling This provides the chemically dependent person with an opportunity to discuss any anxieties or uncertainties which need to be addressed, and for individual treatment goals to be set and agreed by both the counsellor and the client, in addition to choices to achieve them. Interactive Lectures Work Assignments Physical Recreation This encourages fun and fitness without the need for mood altering substances. Family Counselling A structured Family Programme is available for family members or significant others. One to one counselling may also be provided on request by our trained Family Counsellor. Aftercare Following the six-week treatment programme, aftercare ensures that continuing support and therapy is provided for both the recovering person and their family Introduction to Self Help Groups ADAS respects and encourages the valuable support offered to recovering clients through "twelve steps" fellowships.
